Breakdown maintenance is provided in case of any hardware failure or when charger becomes unavailable. These services are considered under emergency situations and engineers shall be on standby to reach the site within the agreed timelines for first level service, the activities under this service to be undertaken are as following:
- To check for software & hardware failure
- To replace the necessary hardware or update the necessary software
- To check the functionalities after replacement or update
- To test and reboot system
